Basic Training in Stress Management-
Have you found it difficult to feel fully
relaxed lately? Are your muscles often tense or painful?
Is it hard to fall asleep at night? In this dynamic
program, I take you through the "basic four" most
popular relaxation techniques: Progressive Muscle
Relaxation, Autogenic Training; Deep Passive Muscle
Relaxation and Guided Imagery
Visualization. These well-proven relaxation
techniques provide a solid foundation of skills. An
excellent program for beginners or those just needing a
"tune-up" on basic relaxation. This is a set which
many patients have continued for years. A good way to
start is to find the track which you find enjoyable and
helpful, and focus on that material regularly. Of
course, daily practice will only increase your

Relaxation for the Mind and Body-
Wouldn't it be wonderful to just ease back and
let go of all your stress? We all have such busy and
pressured lives that it's often hard to find the time to
really relax. In this slightly more advanced
program, my colleague, Dr. Judith Meyer and
I will show you the way to deep and refreshing
relaxation. It is a practical, step-by-step guide to
stress management and better sleep. First, "Easing into
Relaxation" uses combined techniques of muscle
relaxation, autogenics and breathing for total
relaxation. Next, Dr. Meyer (female
voice) takes you on "A Trip to the Beach" with
pleasant imagery of a stress-free life. Finally,
"Drifting Off to Sleep" can be used when you're in bed
and can't fall asleep or awaken too
early. |

The Mindful Path to
Motivation-Keeping yourself motivated is the
most difficult part of healthy behavior change. How many
times have you started to work toward a goal and not
followed through? It's really about keeping your
motivation alive. On this program, I introduce ways

motivational imagery and mindfulness techniques
